Is there a setup fee?
No. The annual licence covers design, build, launch and store publishing.
What does it actually cost?
List price is £859.99 ex VAT (£1,031.99 inc VAT). Stacking the launch code, a two-year term, the two-app bundle and an approved charity rate takes it as low as £324.73 inc VAT (£270.61 ex VAT).
Can I see prices with VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site has an inc VAT / ex VAT switch, and the builder quote follows the same setting.
Do you charge per pupil or per staff member?
Never. Unlimited parents and staff on every plan.
How long does it take?
Apps take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months to be fully built and published to the app stores. The earliest launch date you can book is 14 days out.
When does the launch offer end?
31 December, or sooner if the 25 build slots go first. The code is switched off the moment either happens.
Is there a minimum price?
Discounts and codes bottom out at £200.01 ex VAT. Referral credits are the exception — keep referring and your renewal can drop to £50 ex VAT. Each credit lands once your referred setting completes checkout at £500 a year or more.
What if we need something unusual?
Type it into special requirements (£50/yr each) or commission a bespoke add-on (£300/yr, first one free right now).
